"Hart of the Faire", a film project by Lauren DemkoLauren Demko has been filming her thesis film "Hart of the Faire" for the past two seasons at the MDRF in Revel Grove. This film is about the community of people who make up the Maryland Renaissance Festival, the Artisans, craftspeople, performers and attendees. Included in this film is a theme about the charitable nature of the Renn Faire community. To illustrate this theme, she has asked to film several scenes at this year's Privateer Feast and Team Wench has agreed. We understand that some attendees may not wish to be filmed so only persons signing a release form and wearing a Large Pink Ribbon, available at the Check-in table, will be included in Lauren's project. |
